If you make a reservation and
are unable to attend the function, you must cancel your reservation
by the Tuesday before the function date. If you fail to cancel your
reservation, you will be responsible for the cost of your meal.
If you invite a guest and
make a reservation for that guest, the same rules apply for canceling
a reservation. If you fail to cancel that reservation by the
cancellation date, you will be responsible for the cost of your
guest's meal. We encourage people to come as a guest to one KLSA
function; however, we ask that you join KLSA at the next event you
attend. All attendees at our annual Membership Appreciation event
must be KLSA members or guests who are not eligible for membership.
Anyone who does not make a
reservation and wants to attend the event will be handled on a
first-come, first-serve basis. Please understand that space and/or
food may not be available and you may be turned away at the door.
